Shipping policy

Processing time. Necklaces and earrings ship within 3 business days. Purses are made to order: production takes 15 days, and then your purse ships.

Where we ship from. Orders to the United States ship from our US warehouse. Orders to Mexico ship from Mexico City or La Paz, whichever is closer to you. International orders ship from the US or Mexico, whichever is more economical for you.

Delivery time. Delivery depends on the carrier (USPS or DHL Express) and usually takes up to 10 days after your order ships.

Free shipping. Orders of $100 or more ship free within the United States and Mexico. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Where we deliver. The United States, Mexico, Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe and select countries in Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. You'll see if your country is available at checkout.

Customs. For orders shipped outside the United States and Mexico, any import duties and taxes are charged by your country's customs and are paid by the customer on delivery.
